Rapidly becoming one of the great Pinot Noirs of the world, Tolpuddle vineyard in cool climate Tasmania, shows tremendous complexity and elegance and it's style of Burgundy meets the new world. A memorable Pinot Noir thanks to wonderful transparency, silky tannins and a focus on the long finish. 2023 is the coolest season on record. Low yields benefitted from drier conditions for the remainder of the ripening period, ensuring fruit was harvested in pristine condition.  Intensely aromatic, a darker fruit spectrum and complex savoury spice is interwoven seamlessly with firm, structural tannin. Fruit density and depth of flavour reflect the cool season. This wine is not without the bright, aromatic freshness we expect from cool climate Pinot Noir.
