An entry-level white Burgundy, grown biodynamically with fruit from Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and an all but invisible kiss of new oak sets off the pretty aromas of pear and apple compote, lemon confit and a floral top note. The sleek, delicious and nicely vibrant medium weight flavors also conclude in a dry, crisp and youthfully austere finale.
