One of Châteauneuf-du-Pape's oldest estates with records from 1560, Château la Nerthe has been farmed organically since 1988, and the vines are surrounded by woodlands. Biodiversity is actively encouraged. This Châteauneuf-du-Pape has a bright, uplifting nose of ripe red cherry, creamy strawberry and white pepper. The fruit is pure and concentrated yet very fresh, finishing with a prickle of sweet spice.
