A Sicilian delight, this Grillo, which translates as "cricket," is a historical Sicilian white wine grape variety. A cross between Moscato and Catarratto, initially made famous internationally through the production of Marsala wines, but it is also capable of producing dry white wines of incredible depth and concentration.
