From one of the real rising stars in Hawke’s Bay – Elephant Hill are fast proving it’s not just their winery that’s flash as, the wines ain’t bad either! Elephant Hill Chardonnay’s style is all about elegant power, with fresh citrus and florals carried on a gently creamy palate. Using fruit sourced from a spectacular single vineyard site (Te Awanga) right on the Hawke’s Bay coastline as well as their Bridge Pa vineyard, using entirely hand picked fruit, whole bunch pressed and given 11 months in oak.
