This wine is a collaboration between Patagonia Provisions and Frank Cornelissen. It's part of a collection of finely crafted fermented beverages made using restorative land practices and custom bottled with minimal intervention. Their shared mission is to work with Nature to create distinctive flavors and protect our home planet. Pistemutta® represents the old-school winemaking on Etna of local farmers, called “contadino”. Wines with little skin contact, light bodied, fluid and elegant. Cornelissen's 2020 rosé is made with the local Nerello Mascalese grape varietal, grown organically with olive and fruit trees on the north face of Mt. Etna. Vibrant and luminous with notes of summer flowers, stone fruit and minerals.
