Melon de Bourgogne from Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, Loire Valley, France; light-bodied and dry, mineral-driven with layers of green apple, lemon, and lime citrus, subtle hints of caramel, medium plus acid, with a silky texture and a long clean finish. They work with respect and balance for nature through organic and biodynamic farming practices. No added SO2. Presently, this is the only Muscadet imported that does not have any SO2 added at any point.
