Melon de Bourgogne from Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine, Loire Valley, France; light-bodied and dry, mineral-driven with layers of green apple, lemon, and lime citrus, subtle hints of caramel, medium plus acid, with a silky texture and a long clean finish. They work with respect and balance for nature through organic and biodynamic farming practices. There is as little as input as possible to leave full expression of the grape variety and terroir. The wine is vinified without any inputs and follows the lunar calendar. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration and does not see sulfur additions. Presently, this is the only Muscadet imported that does not have any SO2 added at any point.
