This light, bubbly, slightly sweet Moscato is a fantastic wine for sipping instead of or to match with dessert, produced by the Vietti Family in Piemonte. Alcoholic fermentation (which is stopped at 5.5% abv) occurs in stainless steel autoclave to preserve natural CO2 from the fermentation. Pale sunshine yellow color and slight frizzante, this Moscato d’Asti has intense aromas of peaches, rose petals and ginger. On the palate it is delicately sweet and sparkling with modest acidity, goodbalance, good complexity and a finish of fresh apricots.
