This wine comes from 60-year-old, head-pruned vines in Patagonia's Rio Negro Valley. As the name reveals (in Spanish), there's no added sulphur in this wine - a rare thing that is enabled by the extremely high quality of the grapes and the attention to detail in the winemaking at this address. This brand new 2022 vintage is a great one. With darker red fruits, very dark cherry, boysenberry and moderate tannin, it has a really great balanced character, Dry, yet deep and juicy. The wine sees everything from concrete to oak to amphora. Natural wine fans have a reason to celebrate with this bottling! *Natural Wine* *Biodynamic*
