DIVINE WINE Bodega Chacra is located in the Rio Negro Valley of northern Patagonia in Argentina. It was founded in 2004 by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, whose grandfather started the blockbuster Super Tuscan, Sassicaia. The winery has generated lots of excitement about Pinot Noir from South America. Piero farms all of Chacra's vineyards organically and biodynamically, believing that this is the best way to create a healthy ecosystem among his vines. Notes of ripe red berries, wet forest floor and cedar dominate this thirst quenching palate.
