This rich, lush style of Pinot Gris comes from 30-40-year-old vines in the Eola-Amity Hills in Oregon. Ross and Bee Maloof have mastered the art of Pinot Gris. Utilizing years of experience and many different single vineyards and microclimates they know their way around this classic varietal. This wine is dry Farmed, hand-picked, fermented and aged in neutral burgundy barrels and left on the lees with no batonnage for 10 months before bottling. Sporting fantastic weight & texture, it features notes of honeysuckle, apple, pear, pineapple, and a hint of coconut. The winemakers recommend popping one with white pizza and we can't help but agree!
