This estate wine from Englishman, Stephen and Jeany Cronk is a small pet project from their regeneratively farmed vineyard on the Massif des Maures and perfectly illustrates how a classic Provence rosé can be given extra interest with low yields and subtle use of wood. Sweet, creamy saline aromas and extra weight and structure on the palate come from the oak, supporting ripe strawberries and creamy fruit without dominating the flavours. Still very youthful and fresh.
