The Brocard vineyards are proudly herbicide and pesticide free. Jean-Marc Brocard ‘s son, Julian, is an advocate of Biodynamic farming. This wine is from single vineyard ‘Sainte Claire’, 30 year old vines on Kimmeridgian limestone in the Village of Préhy. The wine was fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel tanks and then aged in tank for 9 months. Malolactic fermentation completed. On the nose, notes of lemon, yellow fruits. The mouth is wrapped, balanced, and tangy. A perfect little half bottle for one!
