Dry Riesling Pewsey Vale 2023
A breathtakingly joyful wine. Pewsey Vale is an exceptionally aromatic Dry Riesling that shows preserved lemon, key limes, and a floral minerality. Excellent value, very easy to drink and is an ideal match for Asian cuisine, especially Thai. This wine and the philosophy behind it has not changed significantly since the first wine was made from the 1964 harvest. Thank goodness for Eden Valley San Pellegrino!
