The 'Experimental Batch' or 'EB' range is Mac Forbes' chance to experiment with new varieties, styles and techniques. The wines are only ever made in tiny quantities - as was the case with this limited Cabernet Franc. Mac thought it was frankly ridiculous he had to travel all the way to the Macedon Ranges to find top quality Cabernet Franc, but find it they did. This is full of the same charm and character as the rest of the range from Yarra and is all about elegance, freshness and detail - with the lovely leafy edges this variety is renowned for. Loves of mid-weight Loire Valley Cabernet Franc will adore this. Only 11.5% alcohol.
