Founded in 2004 by Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, Chacra highlights the unique microclimates of Rio Negro using organic farming and biodynamic principles to create clean and honest wines. ‘Cincuenta y Cinco’ comes from 60-year-old vines, creating a vibrant and terroir-reflective wine full of vivacious red fruit, mushroom, and wet earth flavors. It underwent aging for one year, with 1/3 in used barrels, 1/3 in amphorae and 1/3 in concretes vats. This knockout wine shows Patagonia’s insane potential for producing top-notch Pinot.
