Arguably New Zealand's premier Chenin Blanc from the biodynamic pioneers of the Southern Hemisphere. It is a rich, concentrated example of the variety that highlights the natural texture of the grape. The wine is fermented using wild yeast and aged in old French oak barrels, resulting in a wine with great depth and character. With aromas of mango, tropical fruit, lime and green apples, there is a mouth watering acidity complemented with a softening sweetness. Delicious!
