Schramsberg Brut Blanc de Noirs North Coast 2021
Blanc de Noir is made primarily from the black grape, Pinot Noir (a process pioneered by Schramsberg in 1967). This “white” sparkling wine produced from “dark” grapes is more complex, creamy and medium-bodied than the Blanc de Blancs style. This American classic has been served at every Presidential State banquet since Nixon and is a great food-friendly sparkle on the table.
